Seagrove Pavillion

Seaview Fun Choir

Hi, my name is Wendy and I lead the Seaview Fun Choir and this is now coming up our 3rd year. We started off singing in St Peter’s Church Seaview, but as we grew we moved on and now are at the Seagrove Pavilion.
We started off a very small group of about 6 very quiet, very shy members. Then as the weeks, months and years went by we have grown in numbers and confidence, to what we are today a group with 25 members on the books.
We have sung for 2 Years at St Peter’s Family Service, just before Christmas.
And 2 Years at the Old Fort at their Fish and Chip supper nights
I am so proud of everyone in the choir as we have had a very scary and uncertain 16 months. But this group of people stepped up, they were not going to give in when Mr Covid called, so we started singing on Zoom. What I thought was going to be a hard time adjusting turned out to be just the opposite, wow did this group blow me away. They took to it like ducks to water, and we have sang right through the last 16 months. But now we are all looking forward to be able to meet up and sing together again!
With all precautions put in place, we’d like to open ourselves up to all new members willing to give us a try! If you’re interested please feel free to contact me either on landline 716120 or mobile 07413028326
